These guys are absolute pros from start to finish. They helped with my move and were done in under four hours with a second stop. They were accommodating when I asked them to make an unexpected second stop to drop off an item at another location. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Couldn’t recommend this company more! Our two person crew showed up right on time and finished our move under the estimated time! Scheduling couldn’t have been easier, they provided a quote within an hour after requesting an estimate and answered every question I had. We added on a stop a week before and they handled it no problem, they moved all our items quickly and safely up a three floor walk up. I will definitely continue to use ondemand movers for any moving related task!

The selling of our old home and purchase of our new home was...interesting to put it mildly. Dates and times moved constantly. One thing that held constant was Ondemand Movers USA. Ninu is the best! They were so flexible and patient with us as we changed plans about 5 times! They moved our our things and took great care with it. They stored our items for 3 nights until we could move into our new home. Everything was safe and secure! When they moved us into our new home, they placed things where we needed them and helped put our bed together. They are so nice and work so hard. We'll definitely be using them again. Thanks Ondemand for making one aspect of the whole process (our moving) so smooth.

I used them last weekend for a local move and they were great! They were very transparent with pricing and responded quickly if I had any questions. They didn't have a lot of reviews but since each review raved so much that I decided to give them a shot and wow they made moving a million times easier! Day of they disassembled/assembled our heavy queen size bedframe and wrapped and moved all of our heavy furniture - large couch, standing desk, full length mirror, and more. We even added 7-8 items boxes of and they didn't bat an eye. They carried everything up the very narrow two flights of stairs at the new place in 90 degree weather and everything remained in perfect condition. They estimated 4-6 hours and they finished the move in 4.5 and only charged for that much! I was sure it would take the full time but they were so quick. I looked at plenty of other companies for quotes and I am so glad I went with OnDemand! The price and the value were fantastic, will definitely be using them for all my moves.

Ondemand Movers USA were absolutely amazing. The two gentlemen that came to move my from Portage Park to Rogers Park arrived with masks, were professional, courteous, and hard-working. In the beginning I was hesitant because they didn’t have many reviews on Yelp, so made it a point to get a review up. I would use them again for any move and strongly recommending them to someone else who is going to be moving soon. Price was fair and work was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. These guys worked from 4pm-7pm without taking a single break. Absolutely amazing. 5 stars all day!

I had to move in a short notice, I was referred by a friend, saying this guys are professionals and etiquette! I gave them a call, talk to mike( owner)and understand my process and gave me quote I couldn’t pass up! Very professional over the phone,told me the process from a to b. I recently moved back to Chicago after graduating. I had quiet a bit of bins from the move and could no longer keep them as I was moving in with my sister and there wasn’t enough space. To make room, I needed to move most of my things into storage for the time being. I looked for movers but everything was a bit pricey and they wouldn’t be able to get it out in the time I needed. I finally came across Ondemand Movers. They were very responsive in communication and was able to offer me a good deal. When it came to the move, they were timely and efficient. They were able to get my things out quickly and carefully.

Seriously great customer service!! Mike and his team were professional, quick, accommodating and followed COVID safety guidelines and were extra careful which made me more comfortable! I’ve used professional movers a few times in the past but one quality that stuck out to me was the extra care for my belongings. As a plant owner I’ve had damage done during moves (sometimes it’s unavoidable) and was weary about transporting my plant babies in the cold weather but Mike and his team made it their priority to make sure each plant (I have over 30 varying in sizes) was taken to my new residence safe & sound! Highly recommend & will hire again if need be!!

Mike and company were amazing with our moves back in April. They moved us out of a condo into a storage unit and then out of the storage unit into our new condo a week later. We had a massive sectional couch and they were able to move it out of our place and into our new place with no problem at all. We would highly recommend them for your moving needs!

Scheduling was a breeze, people on phone were responsive and easy to get a hold of, estimate came in at lower cost than others. Three movers arrived on time as scheduled. It was a REALLY hot day and stairs were involved. We underestimated how much stuff we had (our fault) and required a second trip. The guys were so gentle and friendly despite it being an extremely hot day. Sprung for the deluxe wrapping, everything arrived at the new place in it's original condition. Very happy with these movers, would recommend to friends and family.

These gentlemen were excellent. I found them randomly through Google and followed the Yelp link because they had such high reviews and now I know why. These guys worked fast and diligent and you felt you could trust them with your items. They sealed my TVs and furniture and moved them carefully, even did so with boxes marked fragile. Just make sure you keep up and tell them what to take if it's not obvious because they get you out and in and they almost left some of my things lol. Bless these men because I moved from the second floor to third floor and I don't know how they did it. I'm so sorry I didn't have any water to offer lol. But I want everyone reading this to know they did a great job, were friendly, on time and responsive. With the horror story moving reviews I read you need to know there are some good ones out there. Price was great and they moved me in a little over 3 hours. Granted, I didn't have a severe amount and I had 3 movers. But they work fast. Their tip was well deserved. Tip them!

I would recommend these movers to anyone! They were the first ones to give me an actual phone call to discuss my needs which was greatly appreciated. They were very prompt and on time! It was a great price overall as I had a ton of stuff and was on the 3rd floor! There were 4-5 guys helping and they barely took any breaks! They wore masks and made sure all my concerns were met. They were very polite and extremely efficient. They took pretty good care of handling my things. A few little scuffs/chips on my stuff just because some of the stuff went down to the truck before being wrapped and I should've been more clear in communicating. This was the first time I've ever used movers and I'd definitely use them again. Thank you!
